The Business Development Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Regional Operations Manager within the Cape Town office. What will make you successful in this role?
The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the Business Development Administrator:

Office Administration

  • General office tasks
  • Managing of office equipment, ordering, invoicing and maintenance
  • Manage the payment process
  • Manage the CPD process
Database Administration
  • Maintain/enhance existing BI reports
  • Updating and maintaining the client database
  • Management Information System & BI reporting and administration
  • General reporting
Sales Support
  • Provide administrative support to the Regional Operations Manager and Regional Manager
  • Maintaining stock levels of marketing material (brochures)
  • Assisting with event-co-ordination & marketing initiatives
  • Co-ordinate and manage venues/catering
  • Assisting with processes
  • Collating various budgets
  • Preparing various non-system data reports
  • Assisting with BDC tasks when BDCs are not available
Qualifications and experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • 2 – 3 years relevant experience in a similar role
  • A valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle essential
  • Finance, investment & insurance industry knowledge & experience
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office & MS Excel - advanced)
  • Communication skills (English and Afrikaans)
